Morro Edge WAN and CloudNAS Release 7.0 - Morro Data

Morro Data, an innovative provider of cloud-first global file services, made two major announcements today:

• Launch **Morro Edge Global WAN+File Services **for companies of all sizes
• Morro Data CloudNAS release 7.0 version.

Morro Edge WAN

Morro Edge WAN combines CloudNAS file sync with cloud-based WAN management to connect any edge location to the company core network for AD authentication and other resources without the hassle of VPN or SD-WAN deployment. Morro Edge WAN secures the data with AES-256 encryption. It is easy to deploy and manage, and easy on the budget.

CloudNAS Release 7.0

The CloudNAS Release 7.0 includes these and other enhancements:

• Morro Duplicate – A new app for the automated backup of your Morro Global File System to a local NAS
• Morro Audit – support for User Quota
• Team Portal – folder and multiple files upload and move folders within share
• Cache in Cloud deployed by Morro – can now be managed by customer

Please note that the support for firmware version 6.3.x will end on 3/21/22 and customers must upgrade by March 2022.
